- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash molasses syrupswapped
- 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
- 1 oz milk
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth

Serve in a chilled wine goblet.

- →1/2 oz bacardi 151 rum→pineapple juice + splash molasses syrup
- →kahlua coffee liqueur→coffee syrup
