Blonde Jenny (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1/2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz orange juice
• 1 dash orange bitters

Directions

   Pour the vermouth, tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, orange juice and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake and strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
