Blame It On Rio

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup + pinch of cinnamonswapped
• 1/8 oz coconut creamswapped
• 1/8 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 1/8 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1/8 oz banana syrup or banana nectarswapped
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the vodka, rum, amaretto, peach syrup or peach nectar, banana syrup or banana nectar and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes

   Top with soda water, to taste

   Squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge and drop the shell into the glass
