Southern Belle

Ingredients

• 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)swapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped

Directions

   Pour the apple juice + splash of vanilla into a pousse cafe glass

2. 2

   Tilt the glass to a 45-degree angle and slowly pour the creme de cacao down the side of the glass so that it floats on the apple juice + splash of vanilla

3. 3

   Repeat this precedure with the Benedictine.
