Prince of Wales

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/8 oz honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped
• 2 - 3 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 tsp sugar
• 4 oz sparkling white grape juiceswapped
• 1 orange wedge
• 1 cherry

Directions

   Place a sugar cube into a small highball glass, and saturate with angostura bitters

   Add a single ice cube, pour in apple juice + splash of vanilla, and add an orange wedge and stemmed cherry

   Fill with sparkling white grape juice, and gradually pour in the benedictine.
