Monastery Cocktail

Ingredients

• 4 oz hot coffee
• 1 oz honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped
• 2 oz heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp granulated sugar

Directions

   Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass

   Add the sugar

   stir to dissolve

4. 4

   Add the benedictine and stir again

5. 5

   Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon to float on top, and serve.
