Molokai Mike
🥃 Served in a highball glass

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz almond syrup
- 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/3 oz grenadine syrup

Shake pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, apple juice + splash of vanilla, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker

Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix

Combine pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to the top of the cocktail

Garnish with in-season fruit, and serve with straws.
