Gumdrop Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz sweetened cream + splash caramel syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz butterscotch syrupswapped
• 2 oz cream
• 1/2 dash orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped

Directions

   Pour the sweetened cream + splash caramel syrup, cream and butterscotch syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and pour a dash of blue curacao down two opposite sides of the glass (using a teaspoon).
