Chocolate Corvette
Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz chocolate syrupswapped
- 4 oz hot chocolate
- 2 oz heavy cream
Directions

Pour the rum, creme de cacao and hot chocolate into an Irish coffee cup or glass
- 2
Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz dark rum→pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup
- →dark creme de cacao→chocolate syrup
