Ingredients
- 3/4 chocolate syrupswapped
- 1/2 orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
Directions

Pour the creme de cacao into a cocktail glass

Carefully layer the blue curacao on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon

Top with whipped cream
- 4
Sprinkle chocolate shavings across the cream, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz creme de cacao→chocolate syrup
- →1/2 oz blue curacao liqueur→orange syrup + drop of blue food coloring
