Azuluna (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 oz coconut cream
• 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

   Pour the rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a blender with a cup of crushed ice

   Blend well at high speed and pour into a collins glass.
