Aviation (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
• 3 - 5 pinch es sugar

Directions

   Fill cocktail shaker with ice

   Juice the lemon and add to the shaker

3. 3

   Add a little sugar, if desired

4. 4

   Pour in gin and maraschino, and shake

5. 5

   Serve straight up in a cocktail glass

   The strict recipe does not have any sugar, but I like to add a little.
