Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 2 oz orange juice
• 3 non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped

   Pour the rum and orange juice into an old-fashioned or rocks glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Float the bitters on top, garnish with an orange slice, and serve.
