Trouble for Tina

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz chocolate syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)swapped
• 2 oz brewed coffee
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

   Combine the rum, chocolate syrup, white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup), coffee (cooled to room temperature) and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled w

   Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes
