Ingredients
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- 1/4 oz peppermint syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
- 1/4 oz simple syrup + pinch of carawayswapped
- 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
Directions

Pour the grenadine into a pousse-cafe glass

Carefully float the peppermint syrup on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon

Do the same with the galliano, and then again with the kummel, and then lastly with the apple juice + splash of vanilla.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →white creme de menthe→peppermint syrup
- →galliano herbal liqueur→vanilla syrup + drop of anise extract
- →kummel caraway liqueur→simple syrup + pinch of caraway
- →brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
