Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz white grape juice + splash of raisin/date syrupswapped
- 1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Directions

Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/3 oz white rum→pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrup
- →amaretto almond liqueur→almond (orgeat) syrup
- →sweet sherry→white grape juice + splash of raisin/date syrup
