Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz banana syrup or banana nectarswapped
- 1/8 oz blackcurrant syrupswapped
- 1 oz mandarin juice
Directions

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, and pour into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice

Serve with a short straw.
