Cherry Fluster

Ingredients

• 15 grapefruit juice + splash grenadine (or non-alcoholic red aperitif)swapped
• 10 cherry syrupswapped
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tbsp cherry conserve
• 1 dash lemon juice
• 1 halved strawberry
• 90 - 120 sparkling white grape juiceswapped

   Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker

   Double strain the mixture into a Champagne glass, then top with Champagne, and garnish with the strawberry
