Black Dog

Ingredients

• 2.25 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup and vermouth into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice

   Stir well

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with a black pitted olive, and serve.
