Arthur Tompkins (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz grand marnier orange liqueur
• 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

   Pour tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, Grand Marnier and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a sour glass

   Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
