Archbishop (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 oz grape juice + splash of vinegarswapped — Use Concord grape for depth
• 1 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur
• 1 lime wedge

   In an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients
