Tropical Coffee (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 5 oz hot black coffee
• 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   Pour coconut water and coffee into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste

   Gently float cream on top, sprinkle wth cinnamon, and serve.
