Trinidad Rum Punch

Ingredients

• 1 liter water
• 500 g sugar
• 56.25 pineapple juice + splash molasses syrupswapped
• 40 cl lemon juice
• 1 tsp non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped

   Boil water and dissolve the sugar

   Serve hot and sprinkle with nutmeg.
