Absinthe Flip (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz deva absinthe
• 1/2 oz cointreau orange liqueur
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   Shake ingredients well with ice

   Strain into a prechilled Delmonico glass

   Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
