Plantation Coffee

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz orange juice concentrate splash + drop of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz chocolate syrupswapped
• 4 oz cold black coffee
• 3/4 oz double cream

Directions

   Shake and strain into a goblet filled with crushed ice

   Sprinkle with grated chocolate, add short straws, and serve.
