Pistachio Rumba

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3 tbsp pistachio ice cream

Directions

   Blend briefly in a wine goblet half-filled with crushed ice

   Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry

   Serve with short straws.
