Piper At The Gates Of Dawn

Ingredients

• 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz maraschino cherry juiceswapped
• 1 oz heavy cream

Directions

   Combine the scotch, kahlua, and maraschino cherry juice in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
