Green Island

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 1/4 oz mint syrup + drop of green food coloringswapped
• 1/2 tsp sugar syrup

Directions

   Shake with ice, strain into a parfait glass and top with creme de menthe

   Garnish with a pineapple slice.
