Green Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 tsp mint syrup + drop of green food coloringswapped
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 egg white

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over 2 ice cubes

   Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
