Green Fairy Blood
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 1/2 oz peppermint syrupswapped
- 1/2 oz honey syrup + fresh mintswapped
- 1 oz fresh water
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Mix ingredients in above order over a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon, light the cube and when the flame dies immediately stir in the sugar
Mocktail Substitutions
- →absinthe herbal liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
- →creme de menthe→peppermint syrup
- →green chartreuse→honey syrup + fresh mint
