Frozen Coconut

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz coconut creamswapped
• 3 tbsp coconut ice cream

Directions

   Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice

   Garnish with a sprig of mint, add straws, and serve.
