Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1 tbsp passion-fruit syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time

Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz light rum→pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup
- →brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
