Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 3/8 oz white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)swapped
- 3 oz eggnog
- 3 cup s vanilla ice cream
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender

Blend until smooth

Pour into a parfait glass and top with whipped cream

Garnish with a few drops of green creme de menthe and a rolled cookie, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz rum→pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup
- →white creme de cacao→white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)
