Bitter Evan (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1/2 oz campari bitters
• 4 oz grapefruit juice

Directions

   Pour the vodka and grapefruit juice into an old-fashioned or rocks glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, add Campari, and serve.
