Apricot Lady

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1/2 tsp orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 slice orange

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, apricot nectar, orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash, lemon juice, and egg white

   Shake well

   Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with the orange slice.
