Apricot Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 apricot nectarswapped
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 4 oz club soda

Directions

   Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.
