Apricot Anise Collins

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 anise syrupswapped
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 slice lemon

Directions

   Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes

   Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly

   Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.
