Ingredients: 1.5 oz apple cider; 1 oz fresh lemon juice; 1/2 tsp superfine sugar; 4 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters or omit

Ingredients

1.5 oz apple ciderswapped
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
4 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters or omitswapped

Directions

Pour the apple cider, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass

Top with soda water, to taste, and serve.
