Ingredients: 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup; 3/8 oz apple cider; 2 tsp lime juice; 2 oz club soda

2 oz club soda

Directions

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, applejack, and lime juice
