Apple River

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 oz chocolate syrupswapped
• 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

   Combine the apple juice + splash of vanilla, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender

   Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass

   Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve.
