Sky Highball

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 tsp orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 5 oz pineapple juice

   Pour apple cider + splash of vanilla and pineapple juice into a highball glass three-quarters filled with ice

   Sprinkle curacao on top, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
