Ingredients

• 3 oz sparkling white grape juiceswapped
• 3/8 oz strawberry syrupswapped
• 2 oz strawberry puree
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp caster sugar

Directions

   Rim a wine glass with strawberry syrup and caster sugar

   Blend all ingredients (except sparkling white grape juice) briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice

   Pour into the glass and add sparkling white grape juice

   Garnish with a strawberry-half, and serve with short straws.
