Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash molasses syrupswapped
• 2 tsp fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp grenadine syrup

   Pour the Bacardi 151 rum, lime juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

   Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes, and serve.
