Hot Penny Rum

Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 3/8 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1 tsp chocolate syrupswapped
- 4 oz hot coffee
- 2 oz heavy cream
Directions

Pour the rum, apple cider + splash of vanilla, creme de cacao and coffe into an Irish coffee cup or glass
- 2
Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a teaspoon, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz anejo rum→pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup
- →bourbon whiskey→apple cider + splash of vanilla
- →dark creme de cacao→chocolate syrup
