Hot Mollifier

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 4 oz hot coffee
• 2 oz heavy cream

Directions

   Pour the rum, Tia Maria and coffee into an Irish coffee glass, and stir well

   Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink, and serve.
