Fria Cafe Italiano (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1/2 oz godiva chocolate liqueur
• 1/4 oz anise extract + simple syrupswapped
• 1 oz chilled espresso
• 1 oz cream

Directions

   Mix all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker

   Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with ground espresso.
