Ingredients

• 1.5 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 white grape juice + drop of brineswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch and vermouth

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
