Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped
- 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz club soda
Directions

Pour the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, apricot nectar, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

Fill with club soda, stir briefly and serve.

- →apricot brandy→apricot nectar
