Champagne Pineapple Punch

Ingredients
- 50 white grape juiceswapped
- 30 cl pineapple juice
- 10 cl lemon juice
- 60 g caster sugar
- 200 g pineapple chunks
- 75 sparkling white grape juiceswapped
Directions

Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves

Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two-thirds full

Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →cl sauternes white wine→white grape juice
- →cl champagne→sparkling white grape juice
