Champagne Julep

Ingredients

• 4 oz sparkling white grape juiceswapped
• 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 6 mint leaves

Directions

   Combine 4 mint leaves with the sugar and a few drops of water, and muddle well

   Add the bourbon, and stir well

3. 3

   Strain into a collins glass, add ice cubes and the sparkling white grape juice

4. 4

   Garnish with 2 mint leaves, and serve.
